   International-Standard Pickleball Court

  Excellence Fitness Club, Bagua Mountain, Changhua(Project completed on April 15, 2026)

• Project Objective
  The project introduced a heavy-duty portable pickleball net post system, transforming the recreational area into a standard court capable of hosting international-level tournaments such as DUPR and ATP events.

• Challenges & Requirements
  The chairman of the fitness club envisioned creating a premium sports environment that offers members an elevated and prestigious experience. However, the facility manager also had a practical requirement: the area needed to remain highly flexible so that it could be cleared when not used for pickleball and easily converted for large group activities, outdoor classes, or social gatherings.

Therefore, the key challenge of this project was finding the perfect balance between upgrading the court to an international standard and maximizing space utilization.

Project Benefits & Key Features

• Significantly Improved Space Efficiency with Multi-Purpose Flexibility
Unlike conventional permanent net systems, this freestanding structure requires no drilling or modification to the expensive court surface. Whenever the fitness club hosts events, staff can quickly move the net posts aside, instantly converting the pickleball court into an open event space. This effectively solves the common problem of fixed facilities limiting venue usage.

• Superior Structural Rigidity to Withstand Strong Mountain Winds
The semi-outdoor environment on Bagua Mountain offers beautiful scenery, but strong seasonal winds often cause temporary nets to sway or collapse. This project adopted a robust 75 mm square-tube structure, providing exceptional rigidity and stability against both high net tension and strong winds.

Combined with its sleek matte-black finish, the system significantly enhances the court's professional appearance and overall visual appeal.

• Non-Marking Silent Wheels and Stainless-Steel Components for Taiwan's Climate
The built-in caster wheels move smoothly and quietly without leaving black marks on the delicate court surface. The wheel mounts are specially manufactured from stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion and rust resistance. Even after long-term exposure to a semi-outdoor mountain environment, the system remains reliable and free from seizing or deterioration.

• Internal Winding Safety Design for Maximum Player Protection
To ensure the safety of both members and tournament players, the net posts incorporate an internal winding mechanism that conceals the tensioning components inside the structure. This design eliminates the sharp external hardware commonly found on traditional systems and significantly reduces the risk of injury during fast-paced play and accidental collisions.
